Charlotte Raven
Working out of her studio in South West London, Charlotte Raven is a composer and performer, regularly performing with 80s New Wave band, The Thompson Twins.
Charlotte is an electro-cellist, keyboard player and singer. She gravitates to the experimental and quirky side in her score work, bringing character and personality to everything she does. She has written music for films such as ‘Home’ (2024) Directed by Luke Brookner and the upcoming ‘No Way Back’ Directed by Tom Turner, (scheduled for release autumn 2025).
In advertising, she has worked with brands such as Amazon, Aviva and Vodafone showing her versatility at working to brief. As an artist, she recently released her single “My Sweet One”, an emotive string and piano homage to her grandmother as well as releasing her LP ‘Bones’, an electric cello album showcasing her incredible craft.
Charlotte is also an experienced fixer and engineer. She has spent much of her career working at studios such as Sphere Studios, Abbey Road Studios and AIR Studios, with top level artists such as Duran Duran. As a fixer she has worked with composers, such as John Lunn (on scores such as Downton Abbey).
